Main Level Bedroom 1: King bed with memory foam mattress, twin-over-twin day bed, closet for storage, and an attached full bathroom with stand-up shower. Bedroom 2: Queen bed with memory foam mattress and closet for storage. Bedroom 3: Full-over-full bunk bed with twin trundle bed. Sun Room: Queen Murphy bed. Living Room: Features full-size sleeper sofa for additional sleeping space. Three Full Bathrooms: 2 stand-up shower and 1 bath tub. All bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Hair dryer is also available. Smart TV's, white noise machines, room darkening shades, extra blankets and pillows stocked in each bedroom. All Smart TVs are set up in guest mode so you can login to your preferred streaming services! Bring out your inner chef in the fully stocked kitchen, complete with pots, pans, cooking utensils, baking trays, and baking dishes. Enjoy meals together at the dining table for up to 8 guests, with additional seating by the pool for 10 and in the garage for 14. Starter supply of paper towels, dishwasher pods, dish soap and toilet paper are provided! Enjoy your morning beverage of choice at the coffee and tea bar! A Keurig and a 12 cup coffee maker are available; we provide a starter set of ground coffee, k-cups, tea, creamer, sugar and stevia! The hot tub is available year-round. The pool is seasonal and will be open from May 1 through Nov 15, 2026. The pool and hot tub are regularly serviced. Guests have unrestricted access to the pool and hot tub, and supervision is required at all times, especially for children. Laundry is available on site; the washer and dryer are located in the main level closet off the master bedroom. For your convenience, both laundry detergent and wool dryer balls are stocked! An iron and ironing board are also available. $250 pet fee includes up to 2 dogs. Additional or unauthorized pets will result in an additional $250 per animal. Pet owners must clean up the property after taking their pet outside. A $25 fee will be applied to reservations that require additional cleaning outside after pets. Guests have access to the entire property (other than home owner's locked closet), garage and outdoor spaces. We are available for guests if needed via messaging, a phone number to reach us during the day and after hours is provided after booking confirmation. Guests will be provided a unique entry keycode for keyless check-in and check-out at their convenience. Located just a short drive from Lambeau Field and the Resch Center! Parking is available for 6 cars in the driveway. Uber and Lyft services available in the area. Please note that no overnight street parking is available in the City of Green Bay. The grill is located by the pool and grill utensils are located in the kitchen. An extra propane tank is located in the garage. Please clean the grill after use. A $25 fee will be applied if the cleaning team needs to clean the grill, as this is not part of their routine house cleaning. There is a Security Deposit of $500 per booking. Deposit will be returned after check out inspections.
